At Transcription Ninjas we specialize in converting focus group or interview audio recordings into typed documents used for business, academic, and research purposes.

Since 2013 we’ve worked behind the scenes to save our clients more than 2,000 hours (250 full business days!) to help them focus on their personal and professional priorities.

We pride ourselves on being a living-wage employer (Vancouver-standards) and hiring a professional team to ensure top quality results for our clients while also operating as an ethical business.

 Candy Ho Dr. Candy Ho, EdD, CDP (She/Hers)
Head Ninja
With a passion for being a lifelong learner and educator, Candy has a wealth of knowledge and experience – specializing within higher education student affairs and teaching practices. She currently serves as the Chair of CERIC – a charitable organization that advances education and research in career counselling and career development. Candy is also the Assistant Professor of Integrative Career & Capstone Learning at the University of the Fraser Valley, a faculty member in Educational Studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and also teaches in the Career Development Practitioner Program for Douglas College. In 2022, Candy was named the Career Development Practitioner of the Year by the BC Career Development Association, and the International Practitioner of the Year by the National Career Development Association.

Associate Head Ninja
Having worked for non-profit, government, and public sector organizations throughout his career, John has a diverse background that is supported by his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Master of Education in Post-Secondary Leadership. While his background is in post-secondary administration, with a specialization in alumni engagement, John shifted careers in 2020 and began teaching full-time for institutions including Simon Fraser University, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and the University of the Fraser Valley. Today he serves as full-time faculty member at Kwantlen Polytechnic University where he teaches in the Entrepreneurial Leadership program.
